FAQS
What do I need to bring on a diving trip?
You should bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, a good mood 😊, and any personal items you may need. We also recommend bringing a waterproof camera for underwater photography. If you are a certified diver, don’t forget your license. For diving courses, bring your ID photo.
For summer (May-November), a cap or hat is recommended.
In winter (December-April), a hat that covers your ears and a fleece sweatshirt will keep you comfortable.
Is transportation provided to the dive sites?
Yes, we offer transportation from your hotel to the dive sites and back.
What is the process for booking a diving trip or course?
You can book a trip or course online through our website, or get in touch with us directly by phone or email for more details and assistance.
What is the capacity of the boat?
The boat typically accommodates up to 40 people, but we limit the number to 20-25 passengers for a more comfortable experience.
Why do we ask for your room number and phone number?
We ask for your room number and phone number for several reasons: to ensure we have accurate information for security purposes, to help return any items you may leave on the boat or during transfer by delivering them to your hotel room, and to reach you through the hotel if we’re unable to contact you directly.
Where is the meeting point?
We will pick you up in front of the hotel, as security restrictions prevent cars from entering the premises. On the scheduled day, we’ll collect you around 7:30 am, and the exact pick-up time will be confirmed once you arrive in Hurghada. If the hotel allows, we can also arrange to pick you up directly from the reception area.
What's the plan for the day?
• 7:30 – 8:00: Pick-up from the hotel (exact time will be given at booking depending on distance)
• 8:00 – 8:30: Boarding the boat
• 8:30 – 9:00: Departure from the port
